Bulb Ordering Survey

We need your help! Please take a few minutes to fill out and submit this form before December 12. We’re investigating sharing our own line of high quality bulbs again in the future. If you’re interested in having access to our bulbs in 2023 please fill out and submit this form. Assume pricing is about the same as this year in the wholesale industry. Pricing will be affected by inflation.

Your answers will help us gauge interest, determine needed infrastructure upgrades, figure out shipping needs (where these bulbs are headed and in what quantities), and start to form an availability list.

LTL (less than a truck load) freight shipping (crates stacked on pallets) would be possible for large orders. (approximately 25 crates or more). Small orders would be boxed and shipped.
